TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the “Win Corporate Tickets to Adelaide Crows v Carlton Blues” promotion (“Promotion”), you accept the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the following terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Promotion Terms and Conditions Promoter:

The Promoter is Mitre 10 Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 98 009 713 704) of 19 Corporate Drive, Heatherton VIC 3202, Phone 1300 880 440.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of South Australia and the Northern Territory who are Mighty Rewards members or who sign up to the Mighty Rewards program at the time of their eligible transaction.
Employees (and their Immediate family members) of the Promoter, and agencies and/or companies associated with the conduct of this competition, are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family members” means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

Promotion Dates

The Promotion commences at 12:01am (ACST) on 01/03/2026 and closes at 11:59pm (ACST) on 21/03/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

How to Enter

To enter, eligible customers must spend $100 or more (including GST) in a single transaction in-store or online at participating Mitre 10 stores located in SA or NT during the Promotional Period.
Customers will receive one (1) entry for every $100 spent in a single transaction. Only one entry per transaction applies per $100 spent. A $250 transaction will result in two (2) entries, and so on.
Entries are automatic for Mighty Rewards members who complete a qualifying transaction. No forms are required. Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or incomplete will be deemed invalid.
One winning entry per Mighty Rewards membership is permitted.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of transactions.

Prizes & Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place at 10:00am (ACST) on 25/03/2026 at Database Consultants Australia, Level 6, 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Melbourne VIC 3006.
The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win two (2) Corporate Suite tickets to the Adelaide Crows v Carlton Blues match, held at Adelaide Oval, North Adelaide SA on Thursday, 9 April 2026 at 7:10pm (ACST).
The next five (5) valid entries drawn will each win two (2) General Admission tickets to the same match.
The Corporate Suite tickets include access to a private suite on Level 4 (Eastern Stand), premium local food, and beverage service (beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks only; no spirits). Suites open approximately 90 minutes prior to the first bounce and close approximately 30 minutes after the match.
1. The Corporate Suite tickets are valued at $695 each ticket.
General Admission tickets will be located in a Category 2 area of the Western Stand. Suite numbers and final allocations will be determined in the week of the match.
1. The General Admission tickets are valued at $60 each ticket.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $9,000.
The prize includes tickets only and does not include transport, parking, accommodation, or any other associated costs, which are the responsibility of the winner.
Tickets may be transferred to another person; however, prizes are not redeemable for cash or store credit.
Winners will be notified within three (3) business days of the draw via phone and email. If a prize is not claimed within three (3) days, a redraw may occur at the Promoter’s discretion.
The winners first name initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Mitre 10 website in the following location https://www.mitre10.com.au/legal/promotions for up to 10 days after the winners have been announced.
A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at 10:00am on 27/03/2026 at Database Consultants Australia, Level 6, 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Melbourne VIC 3006
Redraw winners will be notified immediately via phone and email.

Validation and Rights

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film, and/or recording) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, in any media, for an unlimited period without remuneration.
If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
In the event of war, terrorism, pandemic, government lockdown or other force majeure, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or vary the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by entrants, or for any lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Liability for any tax (excluding FBT) arising from acceptance of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including agents, contractors, service providers, and regulatory authorities) as required. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
The Promoter will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.mitre10.com.au/legal/privacy policy/. Entrants may access, update or correct their personal information or make a privacy complaint in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
